The Guestwise Email AI Analyser is a demonstration tool that uses artificial intelligence to analyse email content against a knowledge base. The Service is provided for evaluation and demonstration purposes.

3. Usage Limitations

  • The Service is limited to 10 analyses per user per day
  • You must not use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • You must not attempt to circumvent any security measures or rate limits
  • You must not use automated systems or bots to access the Service
  • You must have appropriate authorisation to process any emails submitted

4. Data Processing

When you use the Service, email content is processed by third-party AI services (OpenAI) to provide analysis. By using the Service, you acknowledge and consent to this processing. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details on how we handle your data.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Guestwise and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without prior written consent.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

  • The Service will meet your specific requirements
  • The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
  • The results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable
  • Any errors in the Service will be corrected

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Guestwise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Guestwise and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
